Chocolate and dulce de leche small squares for the mate
Did you know that one of the best tasting foods for mate is chocolate? So, for today's snack, these sugar-free squares came out!
Medium size
Ingredients
100 grams of butter or 1/4 cup of corn or sunflower oil.
300 grams of dark chocolate.
10 sachets or 6 tablespoons of Stevia.
4 eggs.
1 cup of leavening flour.
2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder.
1 dash of milk.
Dulce de leche without sugar.
Preheat the oven to 180°
Preparation process
● Melt 150 gr. of chocolate with the butter or oil in a double boiler
● When both ingredients are well integrated, remove the pan from the hot water and let it cool for a while.
● Add the Stevia, the eggs and the milk.
● Cut the other 150 gr. of chocolate into medium-sized pieces, mix them with the flour and cocoa. You can integrate everything with a spatula.
If you try to add chocolate, nuts, chips or any other ingredient to the flour, they will not sink.
● Put half of the preparation in a 20x20 cake pan. In case you use a bigger container, the squares will be flatter. Anyway, this is not a problem!
● Add two spoonfuls of sugar free dulce de leche.
● Cover everything together
● Bake for 25 minutes
● Let the dough cool down, cut it into squares and it’s ready. Now you can enjoy this tasty food.
